Delegates are assembling for the opening of the Reparations Confercmico on January J. the duration ol which is uncertain, but every eflort is being made to finish it before the Naval Conference in London. Mi Guowden and Air Graham are leaving Loudon to-day. Hr Henderson is not attending and Herr Sdhaeht is anabsenteo. The object of the conierouco is to eloa(r up matters not dealt with in August and also ta consider the charter of the International Banks and the question of deliveries in kind and non-German reparations. Vienna, for instance, is hoping that tho conference will cancel Austria’s reparations debts.
