It is understood the Dawes plan ends on September 1. after which the Germans pay for ten years amounts between £B-1,250,000 and £100,000,000 annually, then the latter figure for twenty-seven years, and one final payment of one hundred and twenty millions.' Germany has gained the concession of being allowed to continue payment in kind for ten years. It is persistently reported that the old twenty-live per cent, under the Reparations Recovery Act has 'been cut down to 20 per cent. Consequently. Britain will not derive her 22 per cent, share fixed hv the Spa agreement.
