RICA, May 20
Following the execution of three 'railway experts last week, twentynine. shareholders in' the Russian Railways have been arrested. They have been described as “cuff and collar" men. They are-charged with dismantling locomotives. and selling them as scrap iron, Luriiiennore, it is stated that as members of the Board of Administration, they drafted a plan to introduce big locomotives which would necessitate rebuilding all the bridges. It has been decided to shoot live of the accused, and imprison the rest.
