In the Local Events, horses must lie drawn from the district extending from the Arai Stream to east of Waingake Road, to Papatu Station, to Morere, Opoutama, including Maliia Peninsula. Event 5, for Local Horses that -have never won a first prize in any Hack Event at any Agricultural Show or Sports Meeting- Horses to be bona-fide property of competitor at least three months prior to the date of the Sports Meeting. In Event 11, horse to be ridden and owned bv a Maori. In Events 24, 25. 26. 27, 2S, 29 and 30 at least 3 competitors or no second prize. In Event 9, Mr C. H. Gregory’s Cup to bo won twice in succession or three times at intervals. All Protests to be decided by the Protest Cominittco and to bo accompanied by a. fee of 10/-, which is to forfeited unless Protest is upheld.
