KING ENJOYS'SUNSHINE- AT BOG NOR, (British Oilicial Wireless.) RUGBY, March 10. The King who had passed a good night, yesterday enjoyed the bestweather experienced -since ho was moved to Craigwell House a month ago. There was clear Brilliant -sunshine and an absence of wind.
After another good night tile King rose early to enjoy another perfect springlike day, with warm sunshine. By being at Craigwell House be avoided the thick mist which luing over London throughout the day.

Tn view of the fact that the; King’s doctors insist that lie must have at least four months’ rest, it is stated I kelv that a Regency Bill will be introduced to deal, with the dissolution of Parliament. In Hie formation of tin' new Government constitutional issues and questions ol policy may arise which will need the full functioning of the Monarchy. The Council of Stale at present acting on King's Warrant is precluded from dissolving Parliament.
