WELLINGTON, Dec. 28. The Dominion Meteorologist’s forecast is as follows: The anti-cyclone has passed gradually eastwards. The northern cyclone has intensified somewhat to-day, and pressure is now falling in the '■astern Tasman with the advance of a southern depression.
