The United Party caucus was held to-night,; Sir Joseph Ward presiding. The meeting was most enthusiastic and passed the following resolution unanimously: "‘Recognising that the future prosperity and good guidance of New Zealand depends on co-opera-tion, sincerity and' sacrifice, we hereby affirm and declare unwavering loyalty, support and faith in our distinguished leader, Sir Josr eph Ward.'’ AT AN EARLY DATE. It is now possible that the last of the completed returns will not be received until to-morrow, and until then no statement will be. forthcoming from the Prime Minister as to the Movement's course of action. There is a general expectation that a meeting of Reform members will he held at an early date.
