' The Paris correspondent" of ’ ’the Times states that Cabinet has, , approved of M.’‘Poincare’s-programme for the session not introducing legislation, but concentrating on the passage of the Budget before the end of the year, and the settlement, of reparations, , ' M. Poincare to-day conferred with M. Tyrell, also French bankers’, regarding the; movement of- . Govern-' menfc stocks. > M.M. . Bf.iand and Poincare conferred with Dr. Hoesch; German Ambassador, and as the result of ..these conferences, a combined memoranda; will be sent to the various Giovemmentsi. It is believed that the reparations conference procedure will shortly he completed. It is pointed out that M. ; Poincare’s handing over the Budget to M. Cher on. the new Finance Minister, will enable him, although without a portfolio to become, in reality Minis cor lor Reparations. ■ ,
