The old-time fairy story of Cinderella was presented as an operetta at Ormond last Friday night to a largo and appreciative audience, who manifested great interest from start to finish. Scott; Patience, Miss Daisy Kelso; Fairy Queen, Miss Jean Scott: 'Fairy Queen’s Chief Fairy, Miss Hilda Statham; ’Lady Guy, Miss I saViel Friar; Herald, Mr. Leslie Bridge • Sir Claude Montmorency. Mr Hnrlev' White; Minstrels, Messrs. Harley White. Howard Scott ; Pages, Misses Ethel Grey, Cuare Sister, M. Farrow and Ethel Harvey. Each part was ably sustained by the performers, who are to be congratulated on their fine, work. The beautifully decorated carriage was made by Rev. R. Scott and was decorated by Mrs. Revel 1. to whom hearty .thanks are due. Tlmse Tii charge of the entertainment would also most hearily thank all who worked so hard to make the play a success, all those who helped in decorating the stage; Mr- Bennett for the hall; and especially Hiss Lena Ruru for her kindness in coming so far to play the accompaniments. which she did in her usual able manner.
