NAVAL WAR HEROES
QUEEN TO UNVEIL MEMORIAL. United Press Assn, by El. Tel. CopyrlrM (United Service.) (Received Nor. 13. 11.40 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 13.; The Queen, for the first tune, will unveil a war memorial. . This is being erected at Tower Hill, -on behalf of"the Empire Government in memory of 12,088 officers and men of the merchant navy and fishing fleets. who have no grave But the sea. it is imposing monument, consisting of a vaulted stone corridor 64 feet long, having three bays, in which . the names of the dead are inscribed on bronze panels, under the names of tbeir ships. It is expected the ceremony will take place on December 12.
