(Received Nov. 3, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Nov. 2. - Scotland Yard has issued a description of three men for whom there arc warrants for an alleged attempt) at a confidence trick on a rich man in London in respect of £20,000, Tlicv are described as being “associated with Australian confidence men.” Later. One of the wanted men, named Barker, lias been arrested and will be charged with being concerned in attempting to steal <£20,000 from Di Graham, of Australia.
