FOURS SELECTION SYSTEM
The new system adopted, for the formation of rinks for club fours competitions, in tho Gisborne Bowling' Club',, has aroused a great deal of interest. This system is based bn that used with success - /'by rowing clubs, the skips being nominated first, and then having their choice of threes in order, the order being decided by ballot; after the threes are exhausted, the ordey .is reversed''for choice of twos, aiid.- finally .-, a mew 1 draw ,is made for leads. The system will be put into . operation next week \vhen skips will gather to select their teams. Entries for the club fours close on Saturday as, also do those f0r. ... the championship singles. Horne singles, junior singles and the Orr Pairs. ,
