Tom "Walsh’s suit in the Equity Court for an injunction against Jacob Johnson, restraining him From interfering in the performance of his duties as secretary of the Seamen’s Union of Australia resulted in ail order to that effect, being made to-day. Mr Justice Longiimes declared that Walsh had been properly elected and directed that lie be given possession of the books and documents and warned any members who attempted to thwart the order of the court that they would he dealt with for contempt of court. Johnson is at present undergoing imprisonment.
