The low bridge near the Homebush homestead and the worst on the road at this point on the back Ormond road, is now being eliminated bythe Cook County Council staff. The bndgo is to he replaced with a group of five pipes 3ft. 6in. in diameter and 2di>long, whilst portion of the road is being regraded and the bottom course work undertaken in preparation for top course metalling, which will extend as far as the Waiohika turn-off, and bitumen sealing next summer.
