DELHI, Oct. 25. The Lahore bomb explosion, which resulted in ten persons being killed and 65 injured, is believed to have been tho work of Communists. The city is panic-stricken. It lias been. discovered that the homb was of the Mills type. , , , , .. A professor and student at tne Orient College hostel near to the scene of the disaster have > been detained on suspicion.
