ELECTORS TOTAL ABOUT 12,000 BIG INCREASE OVEJR LISTS - < FOR 1925
The supplementary roll closed at six o'clock last evening and Mr P. Fulton, Registrar of Electors, and his staff put in a very busy time last night in the preparation of the cards for the printers.
Needless to say, the exact figures were not : ascertainable last evening, but approximately between 1900 and 2000 names " will beadded to the main roll. The total number of electors eligible to vote in the Gisborne constituency, it is anticipated, will be in the neighbourhood pf 12,068.
