REDS IN JAPAN.
MORE RAIDS MADE. GOVERNMENT ANATULS. United Press Assn, by El. Tel. Copyright (United Service.) TOKIO, Oct. 4. Communist raids of unknown dimensions were carried out yesterday, but local mention of them "is prohibited. It is supposed that the men now arrested are those who escaped the net of the great raid last March. The majority of those formerly arrested are now awaiting trial in November. The Government is nervous over the position, aud accordingly is endeavoring to restrain the liberty oi every Radical.
