The Pan-Pacific Rotary Conference closed successfully and beyond the most sanguine producing remarkable results, causing the Japanese to realise for the first time the true significance of the principles of Rotary in bringing intimate personal contacts- unknown hitherto. Tho fact that the conferences. were addressed by an Imperial Prince and Cabinet Ministers is regarded as significant, giving evidence of official attention and approval.
