In reply to a question by Mr Bickford, Air Thomson said that the Association's funds were at such a low chb it had been compelled to use mrorosT from tho £'-30 set aside for the purchase of an ambulance. The Association had experienced a very successful year in regard to work and examinations, but the puhlie response tor financial support had ' ecu poor. It was decided to make members of the medical profession who had assisted the vice-presi-dents in recognition of * their services.

Votes of thanks were accorded by acclamation to the medical profession, the Press, the secretary, officers of t-he Society, and all others who assisted financiallv and otherwise.
