SIX-YEAR-OLD’S DEATH LONDON, March 30, Little six-year-old Kenneth Garsand was. crossing the railway line at Sideup (Kent) with several companions when his foot became wedged in the guardrail. His companions vainly tried to release him and then ran home,’ frightened at hearing an approaching electric train. The driver of the train at the inquest said he saw Kenneth _ sitting composedly on the track with liis .hands covering his face and was in this attitude when h© met: his deaths
