(The man arrested 'at Como in connection with the bomb outrage, is Romolo Tranquilli, aged 24. His nervous manner excited the suspicion of an hotelkeeper, who informed the police, whereupon the man jumped from a window and escaped. Later he'tried to purchase clothes from: a peasant in order to change his dress but the police were, on his -’track, arid captured 'him.' They found Communist papers in his pocket.
