IMMIGRATION COMMISSION (Press Association.) WELLINGTON. April 14. The Premier announced to-day the personnel of the committee set up by the Govornment to fully investigate and report upon irrigation matters in Central Otago. The report is returnable within one month. The personnel is C. J. Mackenzie, Public Works Engineer. chairman, aiul Messrs 31. G. McGinnis, farmer, Earnsceaugh; R. A. Rodger, Lands Department; It. B„ Tennent, Agricultural Department: J. R. Marks, formerly District Public Works Engineer, Otago; James Ritchie, farmer, Bannockburn; and J, George, farmer, Roxburgh. The order of re.ference provides for a full inquiry’:
