SUICIDE THROUGH MENTAL DEPRESSION. (Press Associations CHRISTCHURCH. April 14. “Suicide by drowning” was the verdict returned by Coroner Aloslcy, S.M., at the inquest to-day on Hannah Packer, single, aged 60, whose body was found yesterday on New Brighton beach. Evidence was given that Aliss Packer had been very depressed since undergoing an operation. She left her home between Thursday night and Friday morning, leaving a note to her sister, with whom she lived. Who pays the bill for the injured worker?
