Sir Robert Baden Powell, in a letter to tho Education Department, says the Communist declarations of December 7 pay the highest tribute to the Boy Scout _ movement, tantamount to an admission that British youths are sufficiently impregnated with loyalty and reason, and immune from seditions propaganda. “Afy Christmas presents,” be added, “included a model coffin accompanied by disparagements from Communists.”—Sun.
