MIGRANT PROBLEM.
’LORD LOVAT TO VISIT DOMINIONS. LONDON, Dec. 3. Lord Lovut sails for Canada in July, and thence visits New Zealand and Australia, and possibly South Africa, returning to England in December. In an interview he said his principal purpose as chairman of the Oversea Settlement League was to investigate and report both on individual and family settlement in Canada, Australia, amt New Zealand, and as chairman of the Forestry Commission, to investigate the forestry resources ol the Dominions. His departure from England ib arranged for ""die'" middle of-tlnr-year to 'eifablo' exhaustive • consultations with Mr L. S. Aruery, who is expected in March.—A.N ./.C.A.
