Danish is at from 191 sto 1.925, choicest New Zealand salted 160 s to 168 s, exceptionally good lots bringing 170 s; Australian 166 sto 168 s. Unsalteds are in small supply at ten to twelve shillings premium. TALLOW MARKET. The tallow position shows stocks ol 113 J casks, imports November 1200 and deliveries 2607. CEREAL VALLES. Wheat cargoes show a steadiei tone and quotations are occasionally advanced threepence. Parcels are in fair request for near positions and closed at threepence to sixpence, up by the Ulysses at 52s 9d. .Liverpool futures are quoted at 10s 4fd; March 10s 4’d, and Alav 10s 3.jd. The spot trade is dull, tending to be easier. Flour is quiet. Australian ex store is from 38s to 38s 9d. Oats are quiet. Peas are steady. Beans are slow. HOAIE. METAL MAIUtET. Copper, standard, spot, £59 11s lOfd, forward £59 I6s lOld; electrolytic- £65 to £65 iOs; wire bars £Oo 10s; lead £22 2s 6d, and £22 Gs 3d, spelter £26 7s 6d and £26 3s 9d; tin £263 11s 3d and £265 6s 3d ; silver standard 28 13-16 d, line 28 15-16 d per ounce.—A.N.Z.C.A.
