Maori Display. 11.30 a.m. : Monster Jubilee Re-Un-ion of Old Settlers at the Drill Hall, where Luncheon will be provided by the Winter Show Committee, appropriate speeches and toasts. 1.0 1 p.m.: Grand Procession will leave the Post Office and parade up Gladstone Road to the Oval. 1.45 p.m.: Special combined effort of all Sports Associations will be held in the Oval, when the following Programme will be submitted;: Professional Athletic Programme ; Rugby 7-a-side Finals; Hockey, 7-a-side, Pakeha Ladies v. Maori Ladies; Boy Scouts’ Display; Y.M.C.A, Grand Gymnastic Display, Soccer Match; Military Display, Machine Gun Section. If your gift is sent to a person at Home who has not yet sampled our New Zealand Lamb, or who may he prejudiced against our lamb because it is frozen, then it will be even more valuable as a means of advertising and encouraging the consumption of Prime New Zealand Lamb. All that is necessary is to send £1 11s to the Secretary of the New Zealand Meat Producers’ Board, P.O. Box .121, Wellington, together with the friend’s full address. This amount covers all charges to delivering at the friend’s private house, to whom a post-card will be forwarded indicating the sender’s name, and instruction regarding defrosting, etc. The postcard will arrive a day or two ahead of the lamb, and will indicate the date on which the lamb may be expected.
