HOMESTEAD AT MATAWAI LOST. ■*r —— An 'outbreak of fire yesterday morninf; completely destroyed the homestead, furniture and- implement shed of Mr R. Fleming, of Matawai, on the Motu Valley Road, while the owner was at Motu. The. buildings were.coveretl by policies iri the Liverpool, London and Globe Insurance Go., of 14850 on the house, ±I3OO on the furniture, and £55 on the outbuildings and contents.
