PENALTIES.—The winner of any Handicap Flat Race after the declaration of weights may be re-handicap-for all evilL close with the Secretary, at RUATORIA, on TUESDAY, the Ist February, 1927, at 8 p.m., and must contain full particulars of age, pedigree, sex, and color of horse, name of trainer (if any), colors, and amount of' nomination money. All nominations by telegram must be confirmed in writing forthwith, under a penalty of a fine of 2sovs.. as per Rule V., part XV. Rules of Racing. WEIGHTS declared on MONDAY, 7th February. 1927. ACCEPTANCES close with the Secretary, at RUATORIA, on MONDAY, February 14th, 1927, at 8 p.m. PART XV., RULE 13—‘ By the entering of a horse every person having or subsequently acquiring an interest in such horse shall be deemed thereby to undertake neither directly or indirectly to make any wager with a bookmaker in connection with such horse, or any other horse in the race in which such horse is so entered. Each entry shall contain, or if it do not contain, shall be conclusively assumed to contain such an undei taking, breach whereof shall be deemed a corrupt practice on the Turf within the meaning of Part XXXII. of these Rules.
