Princess Arthur of Connaught has just had her hair re-shingled after allowing it to grow several months. Her husband . approved the shingle, which was first done when Princess was Vicereine’ in South Africa, but it is understood King George looks with disfavor upon the modern crops. The only other shingled Royal personage is Lady Carisbrooke.—A. and N.Z.C.A.
