WIFE TO ASK FOR COSTS AGAINST OTHER WOMAN

under the Act of 1925, a petitioner for divorce, Mrs Pepper, has named All's -uaker as respondent, not corespondent. This is the first case of its kind. It enables a female petitioner to ask for costs against a woman in the case where there is reason to believe that she possesses means.—Sim.
