CHRISTCHURCH, Oct. 13. The prospectus and articles of association of New Zealand 1 CricketLimited Company, to finance the prospective tour of the New Zealand cricket team to England next year, have now been completed, and will be issued in the course of a few days. The capital of the company is £IO,OOO divided into* £1 shares. Ten shillings on each share will be pand on application, and the remaining ten shillings may be called up in five shilling calls at intervals of not less than one calendar month.. The directors are not to receive any remuneration, and before they can proceed to allotment 3000 shares must he subscribed. The directors of the company, each of whom has taken fifty shares, are: Daniel Reese, Christchurch, merchant; Frederick Earl, Auckland, hamster; Sir Francis Henry Dilton Bell, Wellington, barrister; Louis Joseph Joel, Dunedin, accountant; John Stephen Barrett, Christchurch, barrister; William Hinnels Winser, Christchurch, building contractor; Ernest Robson Caygill, Christchurch sharebroker; Arthur Telford Donnel-. ly Christchurch., barrister ; Henry Mogan Taylor, Christchurch, company manager. The secretaries of the company arc Messrs J. F. Peake and A. E. Byrne, Christchurch. P.A.
