Bowling: Everett took five for 91 and Alailey two for 94. New South Wales won ‘by an innings and 96 runs. Tlie weather was hot and the wicket good. Ponsford played a fast, clianceless innings, scoring rapidly, but AYoodfuU was the only other batsman to withstand the bowling. BANKS v. LAAV The annual Banks v. Law cricket match for the Arthur Rees Alemonal Cup, will he held at the High School grounds to-morrow, commencing at 9.30 a.m. sharp. In five contests since the cup was presented, the Banks have won three and the Law two.
