WELLINGTON, Last Night. Indications are for moderate to strong southerly winds, veering to northerlies northwards of New Plymouth and Napier, with westerlies to northerlies elsewhere. The weather will be warm and hazy generally and changeable, with showers on the West Coast and in the southormost districts. The barometer'shows a rising tendency, but is likely to fall again shortly. '
