SYDNEY. Dec. 30. The master of the schooner Holmwood, from Wanganui to Newcastle, reported that he sighted on December 12 an upturned wooden vessel, floating about 100 miies_ north-west of the north ond of the North Island of New Zealand. . . It is believed to he the missing ketch Lialeeta.—U.P.A. [The ketch 'Lialeeta has not- been heard of since April 15, of this year, when she left the Semaphore, South Australia, after taking in stores. Iho vessel was inspected by the harbormaster of Launceston on February 6 and he was of the opinion that she was well found. The Lialeeta was valued at £4OOO, and was insured for £IOOO At the enquiry a letter was read from John Bell leading hand on the ketch, in which he stated tlim the vessel leaked and had to be pumped every half-hour to keep her dry.]
