INDICTMENT AGAINST SENATOR AYHEELER DISMISSED.
WASHINGTON, Dec. 29. The Federal Court of Appeal has dismissed the indictment charging mis-use of office by Senator W heeler in connection with oil pci nut s 1924, thereby ending the cases begun as a result of Senator V heeler s piosecution of senatorial investigations involving departmental justice. (The Democrats moved swifth to vindicate Senator Wheeler.
