TUESDAY, 28th July, 1925—Acceptances for all events close at 5 p.m. RULES OF RACING, Part XV. 13: By the entering of a horse every person having or subsequently acquiring an interest in such horse, shall he deemed thereby to undertake neither directly or indirectly to make any wager with a bookmaker in connection with such horse, or anv other in the race in which such horse is entered. Each entry shall contain or if it do not contain shall he conclusively assumed to contain such an undertaking, breach whereof shall he deemed a corrupt practice of the turf within the meaning of Part xxxii of these rules. RULES OE TROTTING—No. 196: Every person applying for admission to any course, and every person entering or endeavouring to enter a horse for any race and every person having or subsequently acquiring any interest in such horse shall be deemed to accept all the conditions and restrictions imposed or implied by these rules and to he barred from questioning the action of the Conference. Appeal Judges, Association, Clubs, Racing Club or Body, Committee, Stewards, Officials, Agents or Ser- ' vant-s in respect to any such person or horse or any person connected therewith otherwise than is provided for in Part xxx of these rules. Part XXXVl.—Provident Fund : Before any horse shall he nominated for any race the fee of £1 shall be paid to the secretary of the New Zealand Trotting Association, in default of whi«-n a fine of £5 will he imposed. This fee is only payable once during th© life-time of the horse vide new rules September 1918. Owners of horses starting for the first time after being registered with Association must produce their copy of the completed registration form to the Stipendiary Steward at the Meeting. Such horses must also he nroduced in the Birdcage at. 10.30 a.m. prior to the fii st race of the Meeting for inspection by Stipendiary Steward. H E.-DODD, Secretary.
