BRISBANE, April 27, Concern : ng the death of Mrs. Lenthall on April 25, a fisherman named Thomas, who lives next door, has heen detained by the police, whose statement is Hi at Thorn as who ■had been in indifferent 7 health .for; some time had, several slight quarrels with his wife. Apparently the dead woman sympathised with Mrs- Thomas. Thomas, .spoke to Airs- Lenthall over tlie hack fence; then went through with a razor in his hand. Airs tenth all's throat was gashed from car to ear. She died in a few minutes. Another neighbor witnessed the deed.
