The weather wais line and there was .a large attendance. The totalisator handled £49,934, making £103,260 for the meeting compared with £93,586 last year. Also started : Canberra, Wild Nut Jnr., Lady Stepney, Copper, Wiltshire, Salesman, Colonel Thorpe, Timbell, Lady Ena, Sweet Memory, Katalo, Elsa Nore, Reta Huon, Bon Bon! and Tiki. Won by half a length, with a length between second and third. Time: 3min 41 sec. Lady Ena was fourth. -
