ARE: DOMINIONS LAGGING?

LONDON, Feb. 25. The House of Commons agreed to a financial resolution increasing the amount of loans under the Trade Facilities Act for which Government guarantees may be given front ££65,000,000 to £75,000,000. Mr. Hilton Yuong suggested the appointment of a. sub-comiuittee endowed with initiative to work in corajunetion with the Colonial office, and deal with Dominions’ development schemes.

In this connection some disappointment prevailed. Air. Guinness pointed out that tlie Colonial Office had a representative om the Dominions .Committee.
