f.Received Juno 3, 1 a.m. LONDON, June I A terrific thunderstorm, lasting 24 hours, affected the Midland and S.W. counties. The Severn rose 15 feet, Hooding a largo area. The Great-Western railway is blocked at Malvern Hill through land slides. A number of northern Warwickshire villages are isolated.—A. and N.Z.O.A.
