Thomas Shaw, Minister of Labor, at a meeting of the Par-, liamcr.tarv Labor Party, stated that if a favorable report were forthcoming from the committee investigating the proposed £25,000.000 barrage across the river Severn for thp purpose or generating electrical power, the Government will facilitate the carrying out of the scheme.
