HUMAN SKELETONS AND STAG’S . ANTLERS.

Five buried forests near Ely, Cambridgeshire, have been yielding some interesting geological relics. At Brick Willow a pair of stag’s antlers, 3ft Sin in length, were found oft beneath the surface by workmen 'digging a drain. Earlier in the week at Bilinanhall three human skeletons were discovered oft beneath the earth. The jawbones only measured 34in in length, while the bodies were those of full-grown men. Mr Spencer, who lives at Ely, found cn his land an oak tree 7ft beneath the earth. It was broken off from the roots and the top was missing, but it was GO ft in length and was 2 fit thick all the way up. Ib is estimated that it must have been from 90 to 100 feet high.
