WINTER SHOW.

ANNUAL MEETING OF COMMITTEE The annual meeting of the Winter Show Committee was held at Malcaraka, Mr. \L. H Rougher presiding over a fairly large attendance. The report stated that, despite the disadvantages the organisers had to contend with, the show was very successful, gnd produced a fair profit. It was now recognised as an annual fixture, and had every prospect of improving annually. In moving and adoption of the annual report and balance sheet, the chairman expressed his pleasure at the work of the late secretary, Mr McGruther, who lie said, had worked eneg:rtically to bring the show to a successful issue. The work at present was done by a few members, and he thought that the organisation of more committees would be a step toward efficiemcy.

Tho motion was carried unanimously. “ The election cf officers resulted as follows:

President, Mr. J. Louglier; Vicepresidents, Rev. W. Lambert and Mr. AA r . AA r . Shanks; Committee, Messrs. G. Dart-on, J. E. Eade, T. Halbert, H. A. Hamilton', E. Murphy It. McCullock. A. Thomson, F. N. Pilgrim, F. Woodbury. H. Aloore, and J. B. Greig; Auditor, Mr AY. Garbett. It lvns decided to hold the AA inter Show in the Garrison Hall on June 12 and 13. A special committee was appointed to deal with the- schedule and have it published.
