King from the Boy Scout' headquarters that Brigadier-General AnS drew, the Honorary Chief Commissioner, hopes to visit Gisborne before . the annual Council meeting, which is to be held in AYollmgton towards the end' of next month. The last occasion on which the Chief Commissioner visited Gisborne was in 1917, when the late Lieut-.-Colonel Cosgrave came to this town.
