Mr Winston Churchill, who has previously expressed his . sartorial originality in the shape of his hats, has now ‘turned his attention to his trousers. Ho is having them made very wide at the ankles, with no turnup,* rather in the' same style as those if a sailor. All the Churchill family seem to liavo an antipathy to turned-up trousers. Lord Ivor Spen-cer-Churchill, in addition,_ recently experimented with a pair in which t!w crease .ran down the sides instead o' down the middle.
