TIMA TUT, May 10. At the Magistrate's Court fines and costs amounting to £ll7 10s were inflicted by Mr. E. D. Mosley, S.M., in a case in which James Lewis Baxter, hotelkeeper, pleaded guilty to charges of failing to furnish income tax returns and three charges of furnishing false returns. —P.A.
