ANGLICAN BISHOPS’ DECISION

SYDNEY, April 14. Dr. Radford, Bishop of Goulburn, in liis presidential address to tiuGoulburn Anglican Synod, said that the Anglican bishops have revised the marriage and divorce regulations or 1902 to the effect that permission shall not be given to either party, guilty or innocent, to ie-niarry after divorce. The Bishop explained that hitherto reference to the guilty party implied that an innocent party could have obtained permission.—U.P.A.
