CHESTER CONCESSION

FRENCH PROTEST SAID TO BE UNJUSTIFIABLE.

CONSTANTINOPLE. April 13. It is reported that the Government considers the French protest against the Chester concession unjustified. Tlie Commissioner of Public Works points out that the concession to the French in 1914 was never approved by the Turkish Chamber, consequently it is not legally binding.-—A. and N.Z.C.A.
