C.A. (Received Feb. 23. 7.5 D.m.) WASHINGTON. Feb. 22. Mr Lodge is appealing to President Harding in an effort to stave off the adoption of the reservations regarding the Four-Power Pacific treaty. Mr Lodge prevented a vote by the Foreign Relations Committee on the Brandegee reservations by announcing that lie wanted to discuss -he reservations with the president.—A. and N.Z.C.A.
